Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders (subject to stock) the same day (weekdays) where your order is placed before 15:20 (give or take 5 minutes!)

Orders containing oils or oversized items must be placed before 13:00 for same day dispatch.

With the exception of oils & oversized items we use Royal Mail 1st Class post.

Couriers for oils & oversized items will be selected by us according to your location. Usually these services will be next day (although we cannot guarantee this), except the Highland and Islands where you should allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Collection of goods is welcome by prior appointment.

Overseas orders are subject to additional delivery charges. Deliveries will be made either via the Post Office or Courier. This will be determined by us once the order has been placed.
